Broiled Salmon

You guys. Listen to me. This is the tastiest way to cook salmon. Its so easy it’s going to blow your minds. Omega 3 is SO important for your skin. Ingredients

Thawed Salmon

Salt

Lemon to squeeze

Directions

Preheat broiler on high with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Place fillets, skin side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with salt so it creates a crust as it broils. Broil to desired degree of doneness, 7 to 10 minutes. You can carefully turn it if its abnormal thick so the skin can get crispier and the bottom can get cooked. Remove fillets from foil using a spatula. Squeeze a lemon on top before serving.
